About This project of the Soet Water Festival Committee will be held in co-operation with the community for the community and holiday makers. The aim is to host a fun weekend for the community, promote local business and support needy causes in the community.

The decision to name this festival the "Soet Water Fees", is based upon the symbolism it holds. The Zulu meaning of Amanzimtoti is "Sweet Waters" - from there the festival's name.

The aim is to have at least 150 stalls available for exhibitors. Exhibitors will be carefully selected to guarantee the high standard set for the festival. Exhibitors will have the opportunity to compete for various prizes.

The entertainment will be outstanding and will contain something for the whole family. The on stage entertainment will start from 10:00 in the morning till 22:00 in the evenings. An extensive kiddies program is also hosted.

A percentage of the profits made during the festival by the committee are distributed to welfare and community based organisations.
